Data Deletion Instructions

PakThai Tech respects requests to delete personal information submitted through our store or customer-support channels.

How to request deletion

1. Contact us at WhatsApp +92 300 7982289, or use the live-chat option on our storefront.
2. Say that you are making a “personal data deletion request” and identify the phone number or email address you used with us. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or identity documents unless we explain a lawful need for verification.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you. We will review the request and respond through the contact channel used.

What happens next

Where deletion is appropriate, we will delete or de-identify the personal information we control within a reasonable period. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for accounting, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud, or to complete a transaction. Copies held by third-party services may be subject to those providers’ own procedures.
